These Terms govern your use of the GARNI MART 24X7 STORE & CAFE ("GarniMart") mobile application and services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & account

You must provide a valid mobile number to create an account and are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability at your location.
• A minimum order value and delivery/handling fees may apply and are shown before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, weather and traffic. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments via our payment partner. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.

Cancellations & refunds

Orders can be cancelled before they are out for delivery from the order details screen. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within standard banking timelines.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GarniMart is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app or delays outside our control.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
